Acceptance of Terms: Your access to and use of www.kerryfrancis.com (“the Website”) is
subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website, you are fully
accepting the terms, conditions, and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not
accept these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately stop using the Website.
Advice: The contents of the Website do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon
in making or refraining from making any decision.

expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against Kerry Francis arising out of any
breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of
this Website.
Severance: If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal,
or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction, then such Term or
Condition shall be severed, and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and
remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the law of England, and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of
the English courts.
Booking and Payment:
Full payment is made at the time of booking.
Kerry Francis accepts BACS Bank Transfer and cash.
Kerry Francis Craniosacral Therapy – General Terms and Conditions of Booking:
Our consultations are open to ALL.
Consultancy bookings are for up to two people or three if attending with a child (unless
agreed by prior arrangement). Anyone may attend with a chaperone of their choice.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
If you cancel your appointment more than 48 hours before the scheduled time, there will be
no charge.
If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, the full cost of the
appointment will be charged.
Refunds are made via BACS payment.
Re-Scheduling of Clinic Appointment:
If the Client becomes unwell and is therefore unable to attend, the cost of the appointment
can be moved to a later date at no extra cost. Please try to give 24 hours' notice if possible.
Cancellation by Kerry Francis Craniosacral Therapy:
We reserve the right to cancel any appointments in case of emergency circumstances. In the
unlikely event that this should occur, an alternative appointment will always be made as
soon as possible and at your convenience. If the alternative date is not suitable, all monies
paid will be refunded in full.
